I saw this infographic this morning and wanted to share. I'm seeing so many homeowners add improvements to their home and expecting a 100% return when they sell. According to the Remodeling Magazine and the National Association of REALTORS, here are their top 10 home improvements that a homeowner will recoup some of the cost when they sell. I'm not surprised that the number 10 item, siding replacement, foam backed vinyl (upscale) only had a 77.6% return on the investment. 

Most improvements have less than a 50% return.
